I want to release the roles I play

I want to feel free each and every day.

I want to feel peace in my mind, body and soul.

I want to express myself openly through art, words and song.

I want to release the pain I feel.

I want to feel unlimited, untamed, unnamed.

I want to feel unity, oneness and courage.

I want to feel expansive, whole and unmanaged.

I want to feel connected, loved and unlimited.

I want to feel stable, secure and safe.

I want to feel beauty, ease and grace.

I want to feel joy, laughter and happiness.

Allow it spirit to be so

Allow my light to shine oh shine.

Allow my breathe to be deep and fulfilled,

Allow my tears to be cleansed and nourished.

Allow my heart to open and expand,

Allow my mind to be courageous and flourish.
